First Children’s Finance will offer Child Care Financial Modeling to two centers in the Buena Vista, Crawford, Sac, Early Childhood Iowa Area.

The First Children’s Finance (FCF) staff assists in developing an optimal Fianacial Model for an existing child care center including monthly cash flow projections, annual budget projections, and an analysis of model metrics. The FCF staff advises on strategies to achieve sustainable operations.
